Referee - forgot to mention "Known since"

Dear Experts/Members,
I have already submitted my citizenship application form.
For referees,
First referee: mentioned as colleague.
Second referee: Mentioned as friend.
In both cases, forgot to mention "Known since". So do we have to mention or specify the start date of when they know us?
I am yet to attend my appointment in a weeks time.
Now, i wont be able to change or update any changes, do I need to mention these details into a seperate cover letter and explain in that and scan and upload?
OR
Use paper application form to fillin the details again and scan that and upload along with a letter from referee?
Anyone been in this situtation or any opinions are welcome.
Awaiting for response.
Thanks.

You are not required to say how long they’ve known you. There’s nothing more for you to do on that. You can breathe easy

It doesn't ask anywhere on the form for how long you've known the referees, however it's expected that they've known you for at least 3 years.
