Have not received degree back

Hello guys! My wife applied for Naturalisation through NCS in Jan 2018 and sent her MSc degree as an English language requirement but never got back. She wrote many email and sent letter recoded delivery but never heard nothing from home office. Then she applied for duplicate MSc degree from Uni. God bless
