British Citizenship for child

Hello everyone, I have a query regarding my child's application for British citizenship application.
Me and his mother ( Divorced after child birth ) are naturalised British citizen.mother naturalised in Sep 2018 and father in Jan 2019.Child was born in EU Member state ( Polish Citizen ) in 2014 and moved to UK 6 months after.He is in school in full time education.
My question is:-
1) Does the child need to apply for PR or register under new Eu registration scheme?
2) Does the child need to go a normal route of registering as a British citizen ( MN 1 ) without having to do anything from question 1 or after acquiring PR ?
3) Is the child eligible to apply for British passport straight away without having to register or acquire PR ?
Any inputs will be much appreciated.
