Infant passport

Hi Experts

We are applying for a passport for our first child, only the child's mother is British. Some difficult documents are required in the application such as the marriage certificate of the child's grandparents, as well as their birth certificate.

The child's grandparents were married 50 years ago and they have no certificate.
Also, is that really necessary although the baby's mother is a British

Could anyone en-light me what to do ?

Many thanks

So naturalised or registered.....?

No requirement to submit grandparents details or documents then.
