Hi, i have submitted MN1 for my child born in the UK (2 month old) & have not taken Indian passport. We now require to travel to India urgently, is there anyway to fast track the MN1 application or do i have to apply Indian passport to make the travel arrangement.
During submission MN1 form indicated application can take upto 6 months. Is this still the case ?

Likely yes.

During submission MN1 form indicated application can take upto 6 months. Is this still the case ?

Average times are between 2 and 6 months at present.
