Fixed Penalty Points and Good Character Requirement

Hi there,
I am applying for naturalization. I understand that an applicant must declare all Fixed Penalty Points.
Last month I had two overspeeding notices in a week. In total 6 Fixed Penalty Points were endorsed on my driving licence. I paid the fine on time and NO prosecution was made. I am wondering, will this affect my good character requirement for the naturalization.
