ilr with british spouse and daughter

hello all, hope your are fine.i just want to ask if an applicant got ilr on the basis of long residence but his wife is british .. can he apply for naturalisation straight away or he still have to wait for 12 months. many thanks, all have a good weekend

Yes.

No, provided all requirements are met.
It makes no difference what route to ilr is taken. The requirement for citizenship is simply being married at the time of application.
