Dear All/Experts,

Recently recieved citizenship approvals for myself and family members together.
Our kid MN1 Approved. Approval letter for MN1 application does not specify anything about BRP return.

AN1 applicants approval letter specifies return of BRP clearly.

Do I need BRP of our kid when applying British passport?
So do I need to return all BRP or just adults one.
If anyone is aware of the rule for BRP returls wrt to MN1, can share your experience or any reference link from Homeoffice would be helpful.

Thanks for all your help.

You must return all the BRPs after attending your ceremony as they will be invalid for travel

Hi mate,

Did you do the M1 form online? We are just looking our kids citizenship applications along with my wife, but have found the online AN, and it has given us the option of adding kids on which is what we have done.

Is this what you did also?

Yes, we all 3 did online.I started with mine and added my wife and also my kid along with my application online. When adding kid, it will ask if under 18 born in UK or not.

Remember kids under the age of 18 will still be evaluated as they are being registered for citizenship rather than being naturalised

Yes, my kid is registered as born in UK.
We both adults are naturalised.
