Documents needed : referees?

Hello
I'm completing the form online now for Citizenship, wouldn't mind some clarity on the documents needed section.
Referees :
I have entered the referee information in the online form. Do i need to provide any written confirmation from my chosen referees? I have the option to check the box under Documents section but assumed this wasn't needed as i provided their details, can anyone confirm my assumption?
Language:
As a New Zealander I only need include passport for English requirements correct? If i submit my degree qualification will that confuse matters, or should i send it anyway?
Life in the UK:
I sat Life in UK 9 years ago as part of my ILR application. I will include that... but is it ok its so old?
Evidence of living in UK:
Is my passport enough - it has my ILR visa in it. plus the stamps of me going on hols etc. Do i need to provide anything else, like bank statement?
Thanks so much in advance, apologies if this is all covered elsewhere.

No documents from referees need to be provided. Only the referee pages presumably signed.

Not required and you do
NOT have to tick this box in the form either. Don't send unnecessary documents.

LIUK does NOT expire.

Usually the passport is sufficient but you got ILR a long time ago and HO might expect to see documentary evidence since 2010 to be sure and to confirm that you have not left the UK for 2 or more years, meaning you lose ILR status. You will probably need to send P60s, Council Tax, or any official HMRC type letters etc.

Thanks CR. RE: the referees, so far have not come across anything that would be signed using the online form, i could check the box to say i completed the referee section (but the form wouldn't let me progress if i hadn't anyway), so to avoid confusion that i am not actually providing documents for my referees i wonder if i am best to leave the box unchecked. This one is a little ambiguous and the guidance form doesn't appear to offer any advice other than on referee selection. ..

UPDATE: just in case anyone got confused like me...
1. you need to check all the boxes in the documents section to show you understand the requirements. Even if you do not plan to send them. In my case that meant checking boxes even though i knew i didn't need to supply them i.e. Naric Letter, Degree. because as a NZer i am already proficient in English (try telling my colleagues that!!!:))
2. you need to check the referees declaration box in documents. You don't get given the link to these files until the next step, so i found this unnecessarily confusing.
3. Having scheduled my appointment for biometrics I can now see what i need to upload document wise. That lists only my passport as mandatory. confirming that all the above document checking was pointless, and unnecessarily confusing! It also provides spaces for optional uploads like degree, proof of living in the uk etc.
fingers crossed i've done the form ok.... thanks again for the help.

UPDATE 2: Now seems as though after payment you have the option to download a further check list to provide at the appointment. This has the QR code and another document checklist. If my reading of this is correct, it is here that i truly check the boxes of the evidence i plan to provide. For me this is the NZ passport, Life in UK test, Referee declarations and as suggested, will provide p60s to prove i've been settled and actually living for the last five years given i received my ILR in 2010.
