Online Application-glitch and tracking

Hi,
I don't know where else to turn to and wondered if anyone had the same thing happened or can give me reassurance please.
Looking at other people's time line for Naturalisation acceptance, I thought i would've had an acceptance by now.
My situation is, i'm adopted from Thailand but have been living here since the age of 11 on ILR, i am now 38, where I have grew up and work here, been paying g NI and Tax, since a teenager.
I passed all my tests with flying colours for all applications and I speak fluent English, so i didn't think I would have much problems.
Now, i completed my online app on 7th March this year and completed Biometrics and scanned support documents on 25th March with UKVCAS. I had notifications right up until May on my online application page with UKVI that I hadn't print of my referees page and gave me a deadline to book an appointment with UKVCAS. I panicked and tried to contact UKVCAS and they said, everything got submitted on 25th March. I've rang all different numbers and emails to immigration/home office and all hit a dead end, they're saying they will not talk to anyone unless application has been longer than 6 months. I'm concerned that there's a glitch with the online application and now I can't log on to my application this last month to see if that glitch is still there.
There is no where to log on to see the application on line (or have i missed this and there is somewhere to do so) The link i used to log in via my email from UKVI now says that link is not found.
I don't mind waiting the six months if I know it's going through the process but so scared for it to delay so much longer because of a glitch.
Thank for your time in reading this. If anyone can advise of how i can check or know if we are still able to log on to our application still (if I could have direct link to the page please) or if anyone has experienced this glitch too.
Thank you.
Beth
