Naturalisation referees

Can someone please help I'm a Pakistani who is married to British citizen I have just received my indefinite leave biometric card how soon can I apply for naturalization?
On the naturalisation form it asks for 2 referees one I can use as teacher the other can it be a housewife with British passport?

Yes, fine as long as they are not related to you, your spouse or to each other.

Can I apply straightway for naturalization as I just got my indefinite leave and married to British citizen or do I have to wait 12 months?

You can apply now if you meet the 3 years residence and absence requirements.

The question in the naturalisation form it ask are you EEA national or family member of one, do I click no for this as I'm Pakistani and married to British citizen.

Correct. The question means EU (non British citizen) who has follow the EEA/EU rule immigration path.
