Naturalisation application questions

Hi,

I am in the process of applying for British citizenship. I already have indefinite leave to remain.
Regarding the referees, as far as I understand one has to have a British passport and the second one has to be from specific professions. The new guidance published in March 2019 doesn't contain information about the referees.
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... ooklet.pdf

Do you have a valid link for the list of acceptable professional persons?
Is the below link still valid? Do they make any changes on this list in March 2019 when they update the guidance?
https://www.gov.im/media/624353/listofreferees.pdf

I am living with my unmarried partner who is also a director of a limited company. Can he be my referee ( the second one, as professional person)? Can he be considered to be related to me even though we are not married?

I would appreciate if you can help.

Thanks
Esra

What would you enter to the question: How do you know the person?
You cannot enter live in partner that would be married as per common law.
I opine that such a person cannot be a referee.
