Hi

Could some one please guide me to the correct application form which i need to fill for naturalisation. I got ILR last year under 10 years long residency category and now wants to apply for naturalisation. My questions are

1. Do i have to send all the documents again? i.e. my passports, bank statements, education certificates etc

2. Can i apply 28 days before my ILR anniversery?

3. What is the fee for naturalisation application?
any place where can i review my application before i submit.
thankyou.

Form AN, online only.

1. No, you are not repeating the ilr process. Limited documents needed for citizenship. The AN guide and inline form will tell you want is needed.

2. No. You must have held ilr for the full 12 months months. There is no 38 days before concession in the nationality laws. You are not making an immigration application.

3. £1330 plus the ukcvas fee and biometrics fee. You apply online and make an appointment at ukcvas for biometrics and document checks.
