I got my ILR from my father in 2015 January then i was married to British citizen 2015 april. I visited Uk on 2015 June stay 2 months and went back to home country Nepal. Now i am staying in UK from 2017 MAY as my son is also british born in uk 2017. As stated in uk gov website Am I eligible for british citizen by naturalisation from spouse for staying continuous 3 years that will be may 2020. even if i did not get ILR from spouse.

ILR is generally lost following a stay of 2 years or more outside of the UK. Was your passport stamped as a visitor when you re-entered in 2017 :?:
