Hello,
I got my ILR in 10-Jan-2018 and want to apply for citizenship.
I want to apply for my wife's ILR as PBS dependant(entered UK in 19-Feb-2014, Extension Dec 2015 and extension in Dec-2018 valid until 10-Oct-2021).

1. Can she apply for ILR under 5yr PBS dependant category. (She is out country for 9months)?

2. As I am applying for my citizenship, can I apply for my son's naturalization and wife's ILR at the same time?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks

1. There is no absence limit for those who have their last visa issued before 11th January 2018. Obviously she has to be in the UK to apply for ilr.

2. Where was your son born? What is his UK immigration status? Your previous posts suggest you already applied for a child.

Thanks CR001.
1. My wife is out of country in 2017(9months). Now she in UK since Dec 2017.

2. My son is born out of country and is PBS dependant (visa valid until October 2021).

I applied for naturalisation for my first child who is born in UK.

Thnx

1. Absence limit doesn't apply to your wife.

2. Children born abroad are expected to hold ilr before they can apply for citizenship. They have no entitlement to register as British. Include child in wife's ilr application.
