Timeline for application

Hi,
I need some help on the below matter: I made the application for naturalisation online on 8 august and paid using the online portal on the same day. Now I booked with Sopra Steria the company who's checking the documents an appointment for next week, unfortunately, I can not attend it.
My question is until when I have time to book this appointment? Online, looks like I can reschedule it and I am wondering this application with Home Office have an expiration date?
