Employment History - Daily Jobs

I have a question regarding section 1.50 in Application for naturalisation as a British citizen form, where I need to provide employment history in UK during past 10 years.

I'll be applying using the ILR 5+1 route. I was a student during a part of the 5 year period prior to my application date. I had some part-time jobs while I was at university and I understand I still need to put them on my form.

However, I was signed up to some hospitality companies and did one-off shifts at various venues, so I'm wondering what to and from dates I should put down on my application? Should I list the date of every single shift I did when working for these hospitality agencies or would it be a better idea to put down the dates I was on the agency's payroll or the dates between the first and last shift? I don't want it to be misleading though as sometimes there were a few weeks' or months' breaks between two shifts, so I don't want to make it look like I was in permanent employment. Also, will I need to provide payslips for all these daily one-off jobs I did while at uni as proof of residence or is a letter from university confirming I was a student during those years enough?

Thank you.

You lost the agency as your employer and the time you were registered with them. It is about employer as the agency being the one who pays and employs you, not each venue you worked at.
