Referees

Hello All,
Do you know where can I get the correct referee declaration forms? Don't seem to see it while filling in the Naturalisation application online. Do I still need to write name and date of birth on the back of my photo and stick it on the form?

On on the online form, there are 2 areas for the referees:
Area you fill online:
You will see this one during the course of the application. You have to enter their details such as address, DOB, passport number... etc.
Area you print and get signed:
The link will be provided later during the application.

These are the documents that you need to ask your referees to sign

Non-EU Proof of living in the UK

Hello all,
I am non-EU citizen. Do I need P60 as proof of living in the UK or my passport is enough?

No as you did not come through the EEA EU route but the uk spouse visa an set m ilr. Your passports are sufficient.
