Can British Citizenship application be made immediately after getting ILR if spouse is british citizen even though ILR is obtained under 10 years long residency route?

Yes. British citizenship doesn't distinguish on route to ILR. The requirement is simply to have ILR and be married to a British spouse.

I already contacted HMRC but they are only able to give past five years working history. Is it okay to give estimated start and finish date of my employment record?
