Can British Citizenship application be made immediately after getting ILR if spouse is british citizen even though ILR is obtained under 10 years long residency route?

Yes. British citizenship doesn't distinguish on route to ILR. The requirement is simply to have ILR and be married to a British spouse.

Obviously you have to meet the requirements based on 3 years residence for a Section 6(2) Spouse of BC application, this includes the absence limit and being physically present in the UK at the start of the 3 year qualifying period.

I am an able to get that 10 years employment history for the application of naturalisation. How do I get that employment history. I already contacted HMRC but they are only able to give past five years working history. Is it okay to give estimated start and finish date of my employment record? I already contacted my past employers however they are unable to provide any record at all. Any relevant response is highly appreciated

Can my ex employer be considered as professional referee for British citizenship application? I used to work for him and left the job more than 3 years ago. He is the restaurant owner, self employed/manager.
