British citizenship application - Place of issue Query

Hi All
I am in the process of submitting the online form and form says what is the place of issue of BRP card.
And there are no details on the card or issue letter, the return address on letter is Bristol.
Should I do Bristol UK?

Thanks for your reply Can you please also advise should I click no on 'National Identity card ' I am an indian citizen
