Hi all,
I submitted an application for naturalization just over 3 months ago using the online service. I just wanted to know from people who have used the same service and already received a decision - did you receive a physical letter or an e-mail stating the outcome of your application? Or perhaps both?
Thanks a lot!

Official correspondence is usually by post. My wife received her decision in the post.

Some time email as well but in general a letter will come ,i got email directly from case worker stating "We have today drawn a successful conclusion to your application " it can mean anything but normally every one receives letters and in very rare cases email as well .
