hi again just adding the question on the online application.
Do you have a travel document? (Required)
A travel document is a certificate issued by a governing body (in the UK or abroad) which acts as a temporary form of identification and allows you to travel internationally without a passport.

The conventional travel document is issued by home office to the refugees.

Thanks for reply, in the online form they are referring to the uk travel document or home country travel document. He has one for the UK.
If check on online form at the nationality section where it's asking if you have passport or identity card.
