Good day all!
I have just got my ILR as a non EU national but via EU scheme; zambrano. My question; can I apply to register other child as a British citizen using form Mn1 online. But I do not have marriage certificate as am not married to the father and he is not British and does not have ILR?
2, should I apply for the EU scheme form for him as my dependant before registering him.

He is UK born and has his long UK birth certificate.

He is 8 years old.

Marriage cert is not required.
