MN1 CHILD REGISTRATION( URGENT)

Hi All,
Am sorry in advance if this has already been posted. I have searched and cannot seem to find the answer needed.
I am applying for my sons to be registered as a british citizen and part of the document uploaded requested is evidence of parental responsiblity. what documentation do I need to submit? Will the parental consent be sufficient or do I need to upload any other document.

A birth certificate with both parent's name on it is sufficient. That is only if the biological and the parent responsible is the same.
