Dear Members ,

I got my ILR on 13-feb-2019.

when earliest i can submit my CITIZENSHIP application ........ can i submit my AN ONLINE FORM on 16-jan-2020 ( 28 days before 1 year completing or not ) ?

No U hv to wait one year mean exact 12 months
In this 28 rules not apply this is my thinking

You must have held ILR for the full 12 months if you are not married to a British citizen.

There is no '28 days before' concession for citizenship applications.

Date of application is the date you submit and pay online.
