i am applying naturlisation by online service.
i have query about professional refree, if somone know pleas ehelp me out
CAN ROYAL MAIL DRIVER act as an professional refree in naturlisation form ?

i applying for naturlisation online i have query about REFREE.
can ROYAL MAIL DRIVER ACT as an PROFESSIONAL REFREE? if anybody know please answer
i ahve checked professional refreee list onlin its says post office officails and civil servant
but i am not sure ABOUT ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY DRIVER CAN BE COUTN AS AN PROFESSIOANL REFREE OR NOT?

You need to provide what is asked for! Driver doesn't come under the definition of "professional" as explained below.
Official Guidance:
"One referee should be a person of any nationality who has professional standing, such as
a minister of religion, civil servant, or a member of a professional body such as an accountant or
solicitor (who is not representing you with this application). The other referee must normally be the
holder of a British citizen passport and either a professional person or over the age of 25.
Both should declare that:
• they are not a relative, solicitor or agent of the applicant
• they are not employed by the Home Office
• they have not been convicted of an imprisonable offence (unless that conviction can be
disregarded in line with the table shown in section 9 of Booklet AN)
• they have known the applicant personally for more than 3 years
• they are willing to give full details of their knowledge of the applicant
• they will advise the Home Office of any reason why the applicant should not be naturalised"

Hi memebers,
Can driving instructor act as an professional refree? I have take lessons from him.
I was thinking royal mail is goverment company so i got signature of royal mail deliver driver but as you said its not come in professional as he is driver
But what about driving instructor? Can he act as an professional refree?

Hi ,
I filled online form and submittee this week then i had some query as they asked question about
1)Do you have any depedent they not applying with you
For me i have my daughter but she is already british citizen so i out NO in answer but when u checked some online posts its making me worried did i put wrong answer? And i can not ch age it now

Second question 2) i booked appointment and docutment checking service
Can i TAKE my child toddler in appointment with me as i have nobody who can look after her?
And most important question is
They ask me to upload documents
I am confuse about proof of residency what evidenc i can give as i am not working since 2015 because i got child also it showing online you can not submit bank statments they dont consider it.
And i dont have old addresses tax bills as its with my husband whome with i am seprated now.

I have my passport and ILR card will that be enough in proving residency?

4) what is evidence i can submit for Prrof of freedom from immigration time restricntions

Hi, no Royal mail Driver can’t be a professional referee, below is a copied list from UKGOV site.

must work in (or be retired from) a ‘recognised profession’. For example:

commissioner for oaths
councillor, for example local or county
