Citizenship for partner of British Citizen

Hello,
I receiveed my wife's ILR approval and biometric residence permit but I had a couple of questions while filling out the online which I imagine have been answered but I would appreciate the guidance.
1) There is a question about previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad. Should I put down the ILR and FLR applications that were made to answer this question.
2) Two referees need to be provided. My wife has a non-family friend who doesn't work and a driving instructor friend. Will these two be okay or do I need to change the first?
3) Is it correct that my wife can apply for citizenship immediately without waiting 12 months as I am a British Citizen by birth?
Thanks.

1. She needs to state all UK immigration applications she has made.
2. One referee must be over 25 and British. The other referee must be someone on the list of professions and can be of any nationality. Both must have known her for 3 years minimum.
3. Yes, if she meets the 3 years residence requirements.

Does the referee need to provide a declaration or letter with a passport copy stating they know my wife? Can't seem to find if that is necessary. Thanks.

They simply need to sign the form that your wife completes in the relevant section of the online form AN which she will need to print out and stick the photos to and each referee must sign on their relevant page.
Nothing else is required.

FLR brp is cancelled when ilr is issued.

I mean the BRP recieved after FLR approval. Is there a requirement to send this back even though it will have been cancelled?

I received the letter which instructs to send expired or cancelled BRP card back so I better do that pronto.

When uploading the documents should I add them all in "Proof of Application" section or just the passport that it asks for and put everything else in "Other" as per the checklist.
Also, i was checking the guidance and is it correct that meeting the proof of freedom from time restrictions is based on the BRP issued after indefinite leave to remain application?
Is is the passport or BRP that meets the proof of living in the UK for the applicant?
Thanks.

Just load everything in "Other" - Passport is proof of residency and BRP is proof of freedom from immigration restrictions.

Thank you. I'll scan and upload the Home Office letters and e-mail too.

Hello, my wife had a scheduled biometric appointment for Friday but she received an email from
Admin.UKvas@soprasteria.com stating that her appointment had been cancelled due to staff shortage. However in the email it states that her appointment tomorrow has been cancelled which doesn't make sense. I've replied to the email but I should just assume the appointment is still scheduled. This is the Leeds branch.

It also states that I should cancel the appointment and then rebook. I would be refunded for the first appointment within 10 days.
