Hi,
Asking for some guidance please for a relative.

What kind of documents will work for a housewife who only has an active bank account in her name for last 4.5 years and no other joint accounts/documentation with main applicant except this years council tax bill for year 2020 _ 2021 for the property the family moved into on march 2020 but mortgage is in main applicants (husbands) name.

Will the cohabitation evidence she provided with her ilr application showing 2 SQA Course certificates in 2019 and PVG certificate work. She does not have any hmrc letters or ni number as has always been unemployed during stay in uk. She volunteers at british heart and they may provide her letter for volunteering for past 6 months. Her previous land lord via letting agency is also able to give letter confirming residence in rented property for previous 4 years.

Kindly guide as to what she should submit.
Ps her passport has all entry stamps into UK as well as entry/exit stamps from places she visited during past 6 years

Also how many documents are needed and what's the frequency eg in ilr it was 1 doc per 3 months

Thank you and kind regards.

Only the passports are required.

No cohabitation evidence is required. You are no making an immigration application.

Employment is NOT a mandatory requirement for citizenship.

Thank you for responding.

So this means in place of employers letter or p60 and such official letters that prove 5 year residence for working people this lady has to give nothing except her passport which has the required entry into UK stamps. Should she put a cover etter explaining she is house wife and so has no documents to prove 5 year residence except her passport stamps?

Kindly advice. Thanks

No. Only passports are sufficient.
