No attachment in the naturalisation application decision email

Hi
I applied for my British naturalisation in Feb and finally got the decision in August. The email reads:
"This message is to confirm that your application to naturalise as a British Citizen has now been decided. Please find attached information regarding this decision."
However, there was no attachment in the email!! I have asked nationality enquiries helpline for support and they escalated but no response. Next time they ask to contact citizenship.support@homeoffice.gov.uk but no response from that either.
I am not sure what I can do here ... as decision is made but I can't access the info. It's already 2 weeks now since the notification email.
Anyone else faced similar issue? Any advice will be really appreciated.
