First British passport application after naturalisation FROM ABROAD

I am waiting for my citizenship ceremony and I just noticed that as most of the new residents apply for passport straight after their ceremony. So I have a couple questions about this.
Is there any other benefits of the passport? I mean without the passport how could I proof as I would be a British? I might have to move back to my country straight after my ceremony so I can't apply for mine from the UK. Maybe I will apply later from abroad. Is there anything I should pay attention? Or it is the same kind application from abroad too? Thank you!

I would strongly suggest you apply for your passport before you move abroad. Applying form abroad for a first passport could cause HO to look into your citizenship application when HMPO informs them, as you stated and signed your intent to make the UK your home in the form. They could revoke your citizenship as a couple of members have experienced on the forum.

Oops..Even If I move back that would be just for 1-2 months. I have to find an other way rather then move back then. But anyway, Thank you very much for your answer!
