Naturalisation Documents

I am an EU citizen and would like to apply for UK citizenship. I was granted the certificate of residence (Blue Document) in March 2017. After the new policies with Brexit I applied for EU settlement which was granted in January 2020. I got confused on these two. My certificate of residence was issued in 2017 and the letter issued with the document stated that "the date on which you are deemed to have acquired permanent residence in the UK is 01 October 2015. The letter granting me The EU Settlement Scheme mentions that " I have been granted Indefinite Leave in the United Kingdom". To apply for citizenship I am required to apply after 12 months I was granted the permanent residence status. Which of these two would the ±Home Office take in account?
