Dear All,

I got my BC last year. My wife who is still in ILR for more than year is now willing to apply naturalisation. I have few queries.

1. Is she can apply for naturalisation based on completed 1 year ILR? or go with Spouse visa?

2. If so any suggested option, can you please provide a link to apply.

She can apply for naturalisation. As you are British, there is no need for her to wait 1 year.

She could've applied the day you got your own BC. Because they don't look back in time to see you were British before as the US do.
