I got my ILR on 23rd of June 2020, however I have out off time application of 535 days (due to negligent of my lawyer) in 2012, will this affect my British national application and when can I apply.

You need 10 years of legal stay otherwise you will fail the good character requirment.

What is your full UK immigration history including all relevant dates and visa categories held??

Hi CR001,

Date of entry 25/02/2007 expired 29/01/2012.
dependant Visa Of an EEA from 02/11/2013-02/11/2018,
ILR received 23/07/2020.

What is your relationship to the EU citizen?? Married, unmarried partner, cousin, brothrr, sister etc??

You have very little chance of being approved for citizenship due to such a long period with no valid leave to remain.

I would suggest you wait till 2/11/2033 before you apply.
