Citizenship Question

I am on ILR for the past 2 years now. I had received a conviction on 10.5.2010 in my absence from Magistrates court for traveling on underground without previously paying a fare of £3.20 while I was here on a student visa in 2009.

I was made of such a journey in my name and a fine only around Oct 2018.
Nevertheless, I paid this fine without challenging it as this was just 1 week before my ILR application. I made a declaration in my ILR application and ILR was approved.

Now I am now 10 years in UK ie - September 2009 and 2 years into ILR.
I read somewhere that I don't need to declare this after 10 years.

Can someone clarify if I need to declare this in my citizenship application?

All criminal convictions must be declared for Naturalisation.

What do you mean by:
I was made of such a journey in my name and a fine only around Oct 2018.
