Was your son born before you acquired Settled Status or after?

If son was born after you acquired Settled Status he would automatically be British and entitled to a British passport.

Grand parents details are not applicable.
You need to input the reference number for your Settled Status.

No - parents or grand parents details are not required in your case.
The form covers all the various pathways someone is or has become British.
For your child her British citizenship is due to your Settled Status at the time of birth - so birth certificate and your evidence of status/passport are required.
Parents and/or Grandparents details are normally for people who are British because their parents are British.

The online system will confirm what is required, but should be same as you stated.
Husband's documents (pre-settled) not required, as application is based on your settled status.
