No BRP card

I'm applying for my UK citizenship having selected this option from their website:
You have ‘permanent residence’ status
If you or a family member are from the EU, EEA or Switzerland, you usually get permanent residence status automatically after living in the UK for 5 years.
I came here with my Spanish wife via a EEA family permit in 2005. I then got a permanent residence card in 2011 - this isnt a physical card but a photo document in my passport. Looks like this:

The issue I'm facing is that application has a question asking if I can provide a BRP card (image below):

As I have never got a BRP, I'm not sure how do I proceed - any help would be appreciated.

Please edit your message and remove the attachment (with in 5min) if you can now. Do not paste personal details on a public forum.

That passport image is a sample - its not a real visa.
