My wife and I applied for ILR in April 2019. 04/01/2020 we got the decision of approval. when we applied for ILR, my wife was pregnant. our son born on 28/10/2020, basically between the time we applied for ILR and the time we got the decision.

My question is, can we apply for his naturalization now or we need to wait until one year passes? basically the time we can apply.

If your child was born BEFORE your ilr was granted, the child can be registered as British on form MN1 now if either parent has ilr.

Only you and your wife have to wait the full 12 months on ilr before you can apply for citizenship.
