Citizenship application questions

I’m apply for Neutralisation after 1-year ILR and before that I was on 5 years Refugee status.
6 years and 1 month ago, court gave me 6 points (no insurance and driving without valid license).
3 months ago, I was driving on road when car rear plate light was out. Police gave me ticket for that to fix it and go to MOT center to approve that you have fixed it and send it to the police center. Which I did and received no fine for this.
I’ve received 4 parking tickets PCNs over last 6 years, which I paid within 14 days’ time of issue.
My questions are:
1. Do I have to declare the parking tickets PCNs?
2. Do I have to declare the police ticket for Rear plate light off?
3. Considering above mentioned cases, will I get Neutralisation or NOT?

You must declare this as this is a criminal conviction, although will have no affect since its more than 3 years old

No need

Yes

The recent FPN alone is not a criminal conviction so your good to apply. No issues

Naturalisation with No current Travel Document

i am applying for Naturalisation after completing 1 year on ILR which was issued after 5 years of refugee.
when i got the ILR i didn't apply for Travel Document because very soon after getting the ILR , COVD pandemic occurred, majority offices were closed and afterwards i forgot to apply for Trvael Document. Though I have an expired Travel Document which was issued at the time of refugee status.
- will it create any problem that i don't have a current valid Travel Document? Any suggestions on filling the Naturalisation form related to it are very much appreciated.
Few months ago, I was driving on a road when car's rear registration plate light was out. Police gave me ticket for that to fix it and asked me to go to MOT center to approve that you have fixed it and send approved ticket to the police center. Which I did and received no fine for this.
- Do I have to declare this incident?
- As this incident is within last 3 years , will my application rejected based on this?
please advise me on it , i am very about these questions
I'll be highly thankful for your help.

No issues.
Just fill the AN form accurately. It will ask:
1) Valid Home Country Passport
2) Expired Passport
3) Valid Travel Document
4) Expired Travel Document
Select above options accurately in the AN form. Carry your ILR BRP and expired travel document to the UKVCAS appointment.
Also add the following guidance on page 15/16 in the cover letter:
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... 7.0ext.pdf
If there are gaps in a person’s evidence of residence and it is clear from the information available that they could not have travelled, you must accept this. Examples of this might include a refugee who has no means of travel or where immigration records confirm continuous residence
HO should check their own records as you did not have any means to leave/enter UK without a travel document.

Hi CULLINAN you are a life saver. Stay blessed.
i can't thank you enough for your help.
i just read Nationality Policy guide which you mentioned. Page 15 and 16
I've already arranged an employment letter from my current employer, letter mentioned my continuous employment with the current company for last 5 years, will that be sufficient? or i should attach last 12 months salary slips to prove that i was in the country?
Thanks in advanced.

Just add the above guidance in the cover letter.
Explain when was the last time you went outside UK and did not leave after. Explain that you had no means to leave/enter the UK without a travel document. In addition, state, that you are providing an employer letter to prove 5 years continuous residence.
I have seen successful cases even without ANY travel document or any other alternative proof for residence, HO should check their own records as you had no means to travel outside/enter UK without a travel document.
Upload a copy of your expired travel document also.

i am filling the online form for Naturalisation . i am at the Documents page.
there is an option to Tick - Two referee declarations for applicant
during the online form i gave two referee details. my question is
does document page suggests that i have to print referee page and ask referees to fill and sign it for me so that i can upload it to document section later on ?
or is it just confirmation that i have provided referees details?
i am waiting for your reply. Thanks in advanced.
