unclear form question: "EEA national with permanent residence document"

Hello,
I am a EU national and I have ILR under the EU settlement scheme, but I don't have a permanent residence card. I found the following question confusing, and I don't know how to answer:

"Are you An EEA national who has been issued with a permanent residence document"

Does "permanent residence document" only refers to a permanence residence card? --> answer "no"

Does "permanent residence document" also include EUSS ILR? --> answer "yes"

Thank you for your help!

I answered no. Because i was refused PR but then got settled status. It is truly confusing and I already submitted my application and also done biometric. 😇

Does "permanent residence document" only refers to a permanence residence card? --> answer "no" issued under EEA regulations - not UK EU Settled Status ILR.

Does "permanent residence document" also include EUSS ILR? --> answer "yes" No - you just state your Settled Status reference number and perhaps add the email confirmation.

Thank you for your help!

Thank you!

However, if I answer "no" to the "are you an EEA national who has been issued with a permanent residence document" question, there is no place in the whole of the application form where I can specify I have a ILR under the EU settlement scheme.

How do I let them know I have one?

(Sorry I keep bothering you, this whole application process is totally terrifying)

Have you had your biometrics appointment yet? Or are you still loading your documents?
Simplest would be to write a cover note, explain that you have Settled Status with reference number and also a copy of the confirmation email, and load with the other documents.

I haven't finalised my application yet, so I will follow your suggestion; thank you, it's very helpful.

(I don't have a Settled Status reference number, though. Just the link to the ILS, which is online. Is it normal? Should I worry?)

ooops sorry -- I think I have a reference number. It's a 16 digit number included in the HO letter telling me I have been granted ILS.

I'm not this confused normally, I apologise. I'm just very anxious about all of this.
