this question for my freinds

my friend December went to xmas holiday and 9 jan HO Send intive letter and he missing still outside UK and come back 2 may could you pls advise what next? he is new application or he is new intive letter//

If the ceremony invitation was sent dated 9th Jan 2021, he has up to 6 months after that to attend the ceremony. If he is coming back to UK on 2nd May 2021, he should contact his local council asap to book and attend the ceremony before 9th July 2021. The same ceremony invitation is still valid.
