Awaiting ceremony invitation 3 weeks after approval

Hi everyone,
I received my naturalisation application approval 3 weeks ago. However I still haven't received an invitation to attend a citizenship ceremony. In the approval letter, I have been advised not to contact the local council until I have received the invitation letter.
Does anyone know how long it takes for them to send out an invitation letter after approval?
