Citizenship ceremony booked without invitation letter

Hi all,
I face a dilemma.
I moved to a new address before receiving my approval letter. Subsequently my invitation letter to attend a ceremony was returned to the Home Office for some reason, even though I had set up mail redirection. I contacted that local council. It is noteworthy that I no longer live in that local council area. They had received my paperwork from the Home Office and I was able to book my ceremony nevertheless. However the email from the council says I need to bring the invitation letter, which I never received. If I contact the Home Office, they will send the invitation to my new address which is not in that local council area and therefore I will end up facing further delay.
What would be the best course of action?
I would really appreciate your help.
