ILR Granted under SET(M) -Dependent of British Spouse. Do we need to wait 12 months after ILR for

Hello Guys.
I came to UK on family dependent visa (spouse + kid born outside UK) in 2016.
Spouse got nationality in 2013 (Marriage and kid born before his naturalisation).
First visa as dependent for both - 2016.
ILR for self + kid granted in June 2021.
Do i need to wait for another 12 months for applying for citizenship? Same for my Child ? Some links online suggest we can apply straight away after ILR as we came as dependent of British National ...
Will be great if someone can help and share some link which will have clarity about above scenario.
