Does it make a difference if multiple people apply together from processing timeline perspective?

In other words, if a family apply together, it is understood that the application of each applicant will be checked separately, but -from experience of forum members- does that make the HO response to take longer?

All applications are processed individually, correct. There's no clear-cut view whether that makes the process take longer or shorter. Others will provide their own experience.
