Made an error while providing a reference for UK passport renewal

Hi all,
I was filling out a reference application for a friend's daughter's UK passport renewal application, a naturalised British citizen. After completing the application, I realised that I answered incorrectly to two questions:
1. How do you know the applicant:
I incorrectly thought this to be as to how I know my friend and answered 'Childhood friend' instead of 'Friend's daughter'
2. How many years do you know the applicant:
I incorrectly answered as 21 years, because that's how long I know my friend for instead of the applicant who is now 8 years old.
I can't seem to find how I can correct. Will this cause any problems, please advise. Also whom should I contact to correct?
