Hi, I am trying to book my ceremony after my British citizenship has been approved. My council requires an email to be sent to them specifying my info and the type of ceremony (group).

They specify that they might take 10-20 working days to reply! It's quite a lot, I was thinking to go to them or calling, is it advised to do so?

Going to them to do what? they're not gonna change their policy even if you walk in there!

if you want a faster turnaround, just book a private one if they have that service.
