Hello,
Came to the UK under Tier1 entrepreneur visa 6 years ago and my wife and kids (born abroad) joined me 5 months later.
I had ILR in 2020 and just got my naturalisation yesterday.
My wife and boys are on ILR
The all got the decision on 8 April 2021 but the BRPs came in different dates
Wife: 8 April 2021
Son ( 17 years old): 26 May 2021
Son ( 13 years old): 21 April 2021

My question is, when should I apply for naturalisation for them.
I understand my wife is eligible now because she has ILR and married to me (now a British citizen)
What about the boys? Can I apply for them now, or do I need to wait for the ILR anniversary. If so, do I count from the date of the decision or from the date of the BRP?

Did you attend your ceremony yesterday or get the approval letter?

If you attended your ceremony yesterday and have your certificate of naturalisation, then yes, your family can apply now provided your wife meets the requirments.

I did the ceremony, yes.
So I don’t have to wait for any of them until after the 12 month anniversary of the ILR. My wife has the life in the UK number and passed the English level required. She should be fine with number of days as well.
