Struggling to complete this form. With respect to the Referee we don't have anyone that fits this bill since he didn't to nursery during the last two years and in his first year he was still to young. He doesn't start nursery until end of April 2022. Being in London the GP are a revolving door and he usually sees someone different each time. We also haven't been socializing a lot since 2019 only recently starting to connect with people personally. So its hard to find someone that's knows our Child for more than 3 years. Is it ok to include a Friend who met him when we first came out of lockdowns like a year ago? Or can we include someone from the child center who has seen him a few time over the last few months but we aren't sure if they are British.
Referees must:

advise the Home Office of any reason why the applicant should not be registered
Referees must also not have been convicted of an imprisonable offence. A single non-custodial sentence may be disregarded if:
It did not occur within the last 12 months
there is strong evidence showing that the referee is of good character
Give your first referee's details. This referee must be the holder of a British Citizen passport (and either a professional person or over the age of 25)
