Hope every one is ok,

i am filling the online application for Naturalisation but i am stuck at the previous applications details. i understand we need to provide all the immigration details in this section but i have couple of queries under this.

1. Name in Which you made the application - i am confused about this question, do i need to give the visa category name in which i have applied the visa.

2. Also i have a refusal in immigration history do i need to declare this information as well?

3. i have switched from Tier 2 Dependent to Tier 2 General so do i need to declare my dependent visa as well

4. I don't remember the reference number i cant find it in SAR as well, can i use the BRP reference number under this

No. It is YOUR name. Some people change their names.

You need to state applications you have made as the form asks. If there is a questions asking about refusals, then state it.

You need to list ALL visas and ILR you have applied for, as the question asks.

Yes, BRP number is fine. The question does state "If known".

one of my Visa was Dependent on my wife so when i am filling the "Name in Which you made the application" the application do i need to use my name or my wife's name as she was the main applicant.
