Hi all ,
I am British National and after divorce in uk I remarried in pakistan . Now I want to apply my child’s first British passport from pakistan .please guide me what documents I need I did some research which says :

Documents required:

Overseas passport application form (unfortunately, must be handfilled, as they do not yet facilitate online applications for pakistan)
Father passport ATOC(At Time of Conception)
Mother passport ATOC(At Time of Conception)
Father NADRA Card
Mother NADRA Card
Child JV Card(same as nadra card, it is issued to children under 18) [Alternative to NADRA CRC]
NADRA FRC(can be applied for online, using NADRA card numbers)
Hospital Child Birth Certificate
Child vaccination records
mother antenatal records
NADRA/Union Council/Municipal Committe Birth Registration Certificate
Mother/Father Marraige Certificate (NADRA or UC/Municipal Committee)
wedding/marriage Photographs

Do I need to send uk divorce certificate as well with these ?
I am in uk now how which documents I need to send in pakistan from my side ?
Is anyone gone through this process please guide me in steps .

ROA is quicker but costs more and is only valid for as long as the foreign passport is valid for.

It is NOT optional. It is mandatory for ALL passport applications.

Any special document like DNA is it mandatory ?

Hi,
I have recently applied for Child British passport in Pakistan.

You have to first email hmpo@gerrys.com.pk to book an appointment at the VFS Global Centre in Pakistan (https://visa.vfsglobal.com/pak/en/gbr/hmpo0 ) . You can share three dates with them on email with the City where you want to book an appointment, they will email you back with an appointment date/letter with list of documents required (they have sent a word document with a list of documentation, i cannot share it here as it does not allow me so uploaded here --> https://smallpdf.com/result#r=87f98e526 ... e-document )

Mother Pakistan passport (All pages)
Father Certificate of Naturalization
child 2 passport size pictures (1 picture needs to be signed by countersignatory)
Father NADRA Card

Payment form with your credit card/debit card details. They charge around 96 pounds some pennies for the application fees and the courier fees.

Color copy (when possible) of every document with attesttion
Make sure the child picture is counterisnged by a British Citizen as this helps to process the passport application faster (saw this info on some guidance notes).

On the appointment date, you or your wife can take all the documents with you. Take two folders, one for photocopy/attested documents, one for orignals. They took all the attested photocopies from me and did not checked the orignals. They will provide you a receiving receipt letter with a DHL tracking number. What VFS is doing is just sending the application to LiverPOOL HMPO. Make sure you have you put your email address correctly as any updates are normally sent to the email address (as what vfs staff told me but not the case ) . HMPO will send the passport to the VFS centre where you have submitted the application and it has to be picked up from there, generally takes 6 month to process passport applications from abroad (hear that from one of the vfs guys).

Pebb1ee , can you tell me who can do countersignatory in pakistan and who can attest photo copies in pakistan plz ?

For countersignatory, i had a friend who was a british citizen who did the counter signature. For attestation, you can visit the notary public which can do the attestation
